- 1 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons floor cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup apple juice can use 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 5 tablespoons olive oil can use vegetable or Canola
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup peeled and shredded or chopped apples I used Gala. You should utilize what you want
